I was struggling with painful Plantar Fasciitis and paid for a private appointment with SW Podiatry because I wanted to get the fastest possible relief. My GP had referred me to a non-specialised Physio.
The advice that I received from Penny at SWP in our 30 minute consultation was fantastic and as well as giving me loads of useful techniques and stretches that my GP/physio didn't mention as clearly she also introduced me to something that wasn't mentioned by my GP - Shockwave therapy.
I'm planning on giving it a try because living with Plantar for long periods can be horrible. It's great to have options available.
I really liked the advice received from SWP here. The whole process was really positive and a real contrast to my opening GP/NHS experience.

Penny Kay is a superb podiatrist. A real star..She takes so much trouble and it is more than reassuring to be in the hands of such a consummate professional.
