I’m a passionate and dedicated fitness and wellness professional with a strong background in personal training and sports therapy. I’ve been a personal trainer since 2016, helping clients reach their fitness goals through personalized training plans. In 2017, I expanded my expertise by becoming a certified sports massage therapist, and I’ve since gained extensive experience working at 5-star spas, offering Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage therapies to promote recovery and overall well-being.
Currently, I’m in the final year of my physiotherapy course, where I’m deepening my knowledge and skills in rehabilitation and injury management. I’m excited to continue helping clients not only perform at their best but also recover effectively. With a well-rounded background in fitness and therapeutic services, I’m committed to providing holistic care that supports both the body and mind.
