Penny graduated with a first-class honours degree in Podiatry from the University of East London and was give two awards the Highest Achieving Podiatry Undergraduate Student and the Professor Mark Tagoe Best Research Project. Penny shares a passion to deliver the best evidence supported treatments and service, and has a special interest in ballet and the associated lower injuries that come with this discipline of dance. Â
Penny graduated from the Royal Ballet School, she forged a 20 year career teaching ballet she was an International examiner for The Cecchetti Society and was invited to join the faculty at The Royal Ballet School. Having developed an interest in foot health through dance, she completed the Foot Health Professional qualification in 2016 from the SMAE Institute and combined both careers before stopping teaching in 2019 to be a full-time podiatrist.Â
Penny has recently completed her advanced training in injection therapy with involves the use of steroroids and ostenil to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal pathologies.   Â
Beyond the clinic, Penny enjoys keeping active, attending the theatre, dining out and occasionally still swings a leg at the barre.
