Jon is an experienced healthcare professional with a unique blend of clinical expertise and a deep understanding of patient needs. He graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Brunel University in 2000, gaining valuable experience across various NHS specialities. Following this, Jon pursued a career in the pharmaceutical industry and subsequently transitioned into education.
Driven by his passion for lower limb health and a desire to return to patient care, Jon undertook a full-time MSc in Podiatry at the University of Brighton. This rigorous program equipped him with the latest knowledge and skills in foot and lower limb care.
Jon’s own active lifestyle has provided him with invaluable insights into the challenges faced by athletes and individuals with active lifestyles. As a former county, divisional, and national-level rugby player, who remains passionate about the benefits of exercise, he deeply understands the demands placed on the body and the critical importance of effective injury prevention and rehabilitation. Jon volunteers at the London Marathon supporting athletes requiring podiatric care.
Jon is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the Royal College of Podiatry and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
